Interim Assistant Professor of Scenic Design
Tim Brown’s scenic design for The Master Builder at Yale Repertory Theatre received a Connecticut Critics Circle Award Nomination and was featured in American Theatre Magazine, and the 2011 Prague Quadrennial. He has been an Associate and Assistant Scenic and Projection designer for Broadway and Off-Broadway productions including Driving Miss Daisy, Macbeth, and productions at the Signature and Public Theaters. He has also designed productions at Columbia University, Barnard University, Interact Theatre Company, Harlem Stage, Yale School of Drama, Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts, and The Redhouse Arts Center where he is a resident designer. He is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama.
