Mack started her sound career in high school at Norwich Free Academy, designing several shows for their club on campus, but even long before this she fostered a love for the arts. From the age she could hold a pencil, she was drawing, painting, trying anything and everything. With a voracious appetite for reading and writing, she excelled in all classes and was soon on the path to becoming an English major in college.
She ended up finding another path though, when she found a concentration among the theatre department titled "Sound Design"- and was instantly intrigued. She changed her major from English to Design and Technical Theatre with a concentration in sound, and designed her first show in the spring of her freshman year. From then on she has worked to create sonic worlds that not only tell the stories of the characters, but also bring light to a collective humanity that is the human condition.
