Panagiota Capaldi

Box Office Manager, Connecticut Repertory Theatre

Panagiota brings over ten years of professional theatre management experience to CRT. In 2019 she became the Box Office Manager for CRT, after six years as CRT’s Company/House Manager. Before joining the team at CRT, Panagiota worked at the Tony Award winning Hartford Stage for three years, progressing into the role of Audience Services Manager. Panagiota is passionate about the patron experience and making theatre accessible for all. In 2017, she helped launch ASL Interpreted performances at CRT with the UConn Center for Students with Disabilities, a collaboration that continues to thrive. In 2020, she assisted with the planning and execution of CRT’s first Sensory Friendly performance, receiving the 2020 School of Fine Arts Outstanding Public Engagement Award in recognition of her work on the project. Panagiota earned a B.A. in Theatre and a B.A. in Psychology from Westfield State University.
