Carter Smith

Company and House Manager, Connecticut Repertory Theatre

Carter is currently the full time Company Manager for The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in Waterford, Connecticut where he supports the developmental process across many mediums. While attending Western Connecticut State University, he completed an artistic internship with The Peterborough Players in Peterborough, New Hampshire and in 2020 created a socially distanced theater program for The City of Groton Parks and Recreation in an effort to make theater more accessible to young theater makers. After school he became the General Manager of The Granite Theatre in Westerly, Rhode Island until May of 2022. He has also Company Managed for The New London Barn Playhouse in New London, New Hampshire and House Managed The Garde Arts Center in New London, Connecticut.
