Morgan Lee

Company and House Manager, Connecticut Repertory Theatre

Morgan Lee (they/she) brings over a decade of experience as a freelance director, stage manager, and theatre educator to Connecticut Repertory Theatre. Originally from rural Nebraska, Morgan has worked across the United States, including recent roles in North Carolina, Salt Lake City, and Michigan. They hold an MFA in Directing from the University of Essex and a BA in Theatre Communications. Morgan is also a teaching faculty member at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and has served as a panelist for the National Endowment for the Arts.

Passionate about new writing, absurdism, queer storytelling, and nurturing young creatives, Morgan is thrilled to be a part of the CRT community. They are excited to settle into life in Connecticut with their partner and two cats.  When not in the theatre, they enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, and traveling.
